- Our own design "bolt-on" performance camshaft for 8v 1.9 and 2.0 TDI PD engines.
- Dyno tested to gain 30+hp in 300hp combination.
- New billet steel OEM quality cam, not cheap prone to fail chilled iron cast core as all cheap cams.
- Micro/Mirror Polished to increase oil film thickness to give long cam lobe and bearing service life.
- Every camshaft is inspected to meet or exceed OEM specs surface harness to ensure durability and long service life.
- Intake duration +15-degrees and Exhaust duration +22-degrees to stock.
- Maximum duration, intake 282deg. / exhaust 292deg.
- Lift increase to stock +1.3mm
- Will increase powerband from stock ~3600rpm to ~4300rpm and pulls really hard above 2000rpm.
- PD lobe modified to support ~500rpm more than stock.
- Spools larger turbos better than stock camshaft and reduces EGTs.
- Recommended to use Rosten dual springs to get benefts of RPM increase.
- Works with stock valve to piston clearances, but must be timed accurately to avoid issues.
- May give a slight gray haze in cold starts at cold climates untill warmed, but still starts good.
NOTE: Do not use with used hydraulic followers, during cam break in surfaces are mated and mixing new cam with old parts will ruin cam very fast.
