1.9 8v TDI PD Head Gasket
Experience has shown that Victor Reinz head gaskets are the most durable in performance use, especially when combined with 12.9 ARL bolts.
Cylinder head gasket thickness is critical for engine proper functionality.
Holes from 1 to 3 in head gasket identify the thickness of gasket.
If you are rebuilding your engine, use same thickness as previously fitted.
If the rods or pistons have been changed, piston protrusion over deck surface must be measured.
Head gasket bore diameter is 81mm and meant for stock 79.5mm bore.
1-Hole Head Gasket
Thickness: 1.45mm
Piston Crown Protrusion: 0.91mm - 1.0mm
2-Hole Head Gasket
Thickness: 1.53mm
Piston Crown Protrusion: 1.01mm - 1.1mm
3-Hole Head Gasket
Thickness: 1.61mm
Piston Crown Protrusion: 1.11mm - 1.2mm
